For whom

Some examples of situations in which coaching could be helpful:

• A high potential manager who is ready to step into a senior management role, but faces the limits of his/her personal development and wants to grow towards his/her leadership role
• A leader or (top)executive who has little or no opportunity or sounding board in his/her working environment to discuss business and personal issues that hamper him or her
• A (senior) manager, professional or executive who stagnates in his/her development or who has (recurrent) problems, with implications at the organisational level
• A (senior) manager, professional or executive who is on a turning or breaking point of his or her career and who want to investigate the reasons and possible solutions
