The purpose of my work as an executive coach is to work on personal development of (top)managers and professionals in business, organisations and institutions. Questions with regard to personal development, motivation, and behaviours can be addressed. Besides that, I work on questions and issues on the role of the leader/manager in the context of his/her work: how to design the leadership role, how to deal with the forces and politics in (and also including outside) the organisation, his/her effectiveness, conscious and unconscious processes with the organisation. After an initial orientation meeting we discuss what will be needed to best work on personal goals and what the coaching process will look like.
